ProLingo, a leader in multilingual interpretation services, needed a robust solution to enhance their real-time event interpretation capabilities. Despite their expertise in delivering high-quality language services, they faced challenges in scaling their operations to support large, geographically dispersed events. The limitations of their existing infrastructure made it difficult to provide seamless interpretation experiences for global audiences, impacting their ability to grow and maintain operational efficiency.

What We Did
ProLingo required a cutting-edge solution to streamline their interpretation services. Our team conducted a thorough analysis of their existing setup and proposed a custom Simultaneous Interpretation System to address their needs. We focused on optimizing the platform to handle high-traffic multilingual events and enhance the user experience for interpreters, technicians, and attendees.
To achieve this, we developed a suite of native mobile apps, a Progressive Web App (PWA), and a web interface to enable real-time audio/video feeds, multi-language channel support, and remote interpreter access. Key enhancements included automated equipment assignment, seamless audience engagement tools, and secure VPN integration for remote interpreters. The result was a highly scalable and efficient system that significantly improved ProLingo’s event management capabilities.
