Our Areas of Expertise

Transport rules change at every state border, and a metro run has almost nothing in common with a regional one. We build with that in mind.

Passenger Apps

Passenger Apps

Riders open these in a car park in Chatswood or a dead patch on the Hume. The app has to cope with both. Booking, fare estimate, live tracking and trip sharing, built to keep working when the signal drops out.

Driver Apps

Driver Apps

Ten hours a day on a windscreen mount, usually with one hand on the wheel. That shapes the whole design. Large touch targets, low battery draw, and onboarding, documents and earnings where a driver can reach them without pulling over.

Operator Consoles

Operator Consoles

Dispatch, pricing, zones, driver records and reporting on the one screen. Small operators run the lot themselves. Once the team grows you want role based access, so the night dispatcher is not editing fare tables.

Dispatch and Routing

Dispatch and Routing

Matching that weighs how long a rider waits against how hard your drivers are working. Geofencing and zone rules sit over the top, because a CBD job and a Central Coast job get allocated and priced differently. We tune the weighting on your own trip history.

Fares and Payments

Fares and Payments

Surge and off peak pricing, wallets, cards, invoicing and driver payouts. Payouts are where money goes missing, so limits, reconciliation and audit trails go in before launch rather than after a bad week.

Safety and Verification

Safety and Verification

Passengers get SOS, trip sharing, ratings and masked numbers. You get licence, vehicle and insurance checks with expiry dates that flag themselves, plus the audit trail a regulator asks for when something goes wrong.

Our Transport Software Development Process

How we take a transport platform from first conversation to live.

01

Compliance First

We work out what you are regulated as before we design anything. Booking service provider authorisation, levy reporting, driver accreditation, and the evidence an NDIS claim review asks for. Get this wrong and you rebuild the data model later.

02

Build and Integration

Passenger app, driver app and operator console, built in fortnightly increments you can log into. Your dispatch backend, payment gateway, mapping provider and SMS gateway get connected early. Those are the parts that blow out timelines.

03

Driver Pilot

One zone. Real drivers, real trips, no passenger marketing yet. Dispatch logic looks fine in testing and then a driver works out how to game the queue.

04

Staged Rollout

Two app store submissions, passenger and driver, each with its own review. Then we sign drivers up in a zone before promoting it to passengers, so nobody opens the app to an empty map. We stay on afterwards for whatever real volume throws up.

Transport and Logistics Software Solutions

We work across the breadth of Australian passenger transport. Every operation below carries its own compliance obligations and its own commercial model.

Taxi Booking

You have the cars, the drivers and someone on the dispatch desk. What is missing is the app. We build the passenger side, the driver side, and an admin layer that plugs into the dispatch system you are already paying for.

Ride-Hailing

A two sided marketplace across multiple cities and vehicle classes. Matching, pricing and operations are configured per city, so Brisbane goes live without another development cycle.

White-Label Apps

Your branding on a platform that already runs. Live in a matter of weeks, published under your own Apple and Google accounts, with nothing in the app naming who built it. A sensible way to test a market before committing to a custom build.

Corporate Mobility

Staff travel that finance will sign off on. Approval flows, travel policy, cost centres and a single invoice at month end, with live tracking sitting behind the duty of care obligation.

Airport Transfers

Booked three days out, and then the flight moves. The platform watches flight status and shifts the pickup itself. Terminal handling, meet and greet notes, and the fixed rates hotels and travel agents book against.

Medical Transport

NDIS and non emergency patient transport run on evidence. Participant eligibility, correct vehicle and level of service, recurring bookings, no show rules, and proof the trip happened so the claim clears. All inside the same system the drivers already use.

Frequently Asked Questions

Builds and maintains the software your transport operation runs on. Orders or bookings in, jobs allocated to vehicles, live tracking, proof of delivery, invoicing at the end. Some operators want the full platform. Others want one piece built and connected to what they already run.

Order entry, dispatch, tracking, proof of delivery and invoicing are the core. The wider set most Australian platforms cover:

  • Consignment and order entry, manual or through an API
  • Job allocation, dispatch and carrier selection
  • Route and load planning across multiple drops
  • Live GPS tracking with customer notifications
  • Driver app with electronic proof of delivery
  • Rate cards, invoicing and subcontractor pay
  • Customer portal for bookings and track and trace
  • Fatigue and work diary records for heavy vehicles
  • Reporting on cost per job, utilisation and on time delivery

Most builds start with two or three of these.

Four to eight weeks for a white label passenger platform. Three to five months for a single module build such as fleet management or a TMS covering orders through to invoicing. Six to twelve months for a full multi module platform with ERP and telematics connected.

Integrations move these numbers more than feature count does. An old, heavily customised ERP usually turns into the longest part of the project.

Yes. MYOB and Xero cover most Australian operators on the accounting side, with NetSuite, SAP or Dynamics further up the market, and CargoWise for international freight. Telematics connects through whichever provider you run, commonly Teletrac Navman, EROAD, MTData, Geotab or Verizon Connect. Warehouse systems link for stock levels, pick status and dispatch confirmation.

We scope every integration before development starts, since one undocumented legacy system can reshape a timeline.

AUD 20,000 to 40,000 for a white label passenger launch. AUD 50,000 to 110,000 for a single module fleet or TMS build. From AUD 130,000 for a full multi module platform.

Module count, number of integrations, fleet size, whether drivers need a mobile app, and your compliance obligations are what move the figure. You get fixed scope and fixed price after discovery.

Transport management systems, fleet management software, last mile delivery, taxi and rideshare booking, corporate transport, and NDIS and non emergency patient transport. Freight and passenger work, often running on one platform.

The Australian detail matters. NSW and Victoria both require point to point authorisation and charge a $1.20 levy on every booked trip. Heavy vehicle operators carry Chain of Responsibility duties. NDIS providers need records that hold up in a claim review.
